Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, and the customer is ethically obligated to receive them.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days across Pakistan.
Shipping charges: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan.
Refund Policy

Exchange & Returns
Exchanges are only applicable if the received item is damaged or significantly different from the product image shown. Change of mind is not eligible for exchange.
Customers must notify us within 6 hours of receiving the order by providing video proof via WhatsApp at 03706294559.
The item must be returned in its original condition via a reputable courier service. The exchange will be processed once we safely receive the returned item.
